Brighter C tracer always off insert

A very easy to print and easy to use little device that you put inside the brighter C tracer so it will trigger the sensor and keep it off / shutdown. The tracer has a bad habit of waking up during transport (because of the vibrations) this will make sure to shut it down and avoid battery drain.
