First upload, my apologies for any mistakes. On a social media forum I have occasion to peruse on the subject of resin 3D printing, a gentleman inquired seeking an STL for a protective paintbrush caps.
In light of many responses calling for him to "design it yourself", he made it clear he has neither the time nor the inclination to learn the skills involved, and would rather act in the capacity of "patron of the arts" (as it were).
As a person who enjoys learning new things, I took it upon myself to experiment and see if I could create a model to fit the bill. I recently began familiarizing myself with Fusion 360 and was able to generate a basic design rather quickly. However, as no information on inside diameter, wall thickness, or overall length was given, I made this first pass 1/4" by 1.25", to accommodate a standard pencil.
I've begun going down the rabbit hole of teaching myself OpenSCAD so I hope to be able to update the design to allow custom parameters in the not-too
