BTT HBB Panel mount

Here is a panel mount part to allow using the Bigtreetech HBB mini keyboard without a Voron frame or any derivative.
The design is intended to use the original 3D file for the buttons, that you an find in the BTT HBB GitHub repository (https://github.com/bigtreetech/HBB).
I added step files to allow modifications if you want to use another keycap design.
Template is also in the files, it helps knowing where you should drill the holes and cut the middle hole for the HBB.
Mounting holes are 4x M4 countersunk screws, and 4x M3 screws with brass inserts in the holes to mount the HBB.
MAX PANEL THICKNESS IS 10MM! If you use a thicker one, you might need to create an access for the usb plug of the HBB.
