BTT Pad 7 Spool Mount

I added a BTT SKR mini E3 V3 to my Ender-3 Max Neo and swapped over to the BTT Pad 7 to run it. Great Klipper upgrade. I use dry boxes for my filament and wanted to take advantage of the Spool mount so I remixed two separate projects into a working mount. Version 1 has no angle and would be good for a top mount situation, version 2 I angled upwards and is what I'm still using. There's no much room behind for the cables so I added a small non-powered usb 2.0 hub. It's not perfect, but it works.
