Here is my remix of: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4699840
for Anycubic Mega Zero
It is necessary to replace the extruder screws with 40mm long ones.
The Runout sensor can be left complete with no need to remove the base but only to remove the current fixing screws and replace five of them with 20mm long screws up through the model and back in to the sensor base.
The sixth screw in the sensor that goes in to the recessed hole in the model needs to be 16mm.
I printed with 100% infill for strength.
The model also has two places for cable ties for tidiness.
UPDATE 2021.02.25
I changed my extruder from the OE one to an all metal one, this one:
https://www.aliexpress.com/item/4000511065747.html?spm=a2g0s.9042311.0.0.27424c4d3Wlzmc
this new extruder is a slight bit shorter in height from the OE extruder so I have added a spacer block as a separate part to print and this sits on top of the main print between the main print and extruder.
The spacer is setup
