BTT Smart Runout Sensor

This is a remix of https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4600984 but this didnt fit well on my setup so i made a few changes to work with my Ender 5 Pro where i have move the extruder up on the top of the frame using this https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4273934.
I made two alternatives one for the default duel extruder that came with the Ender 5 Pro and one for the after market one i had before where the filament exit hole is a bit higher.
You can see the images and compare to what you have.

This design works, but it is "flimsy" and bends when the extruder pushes filament, if you want to use it, use a long PTFE tube and mount the screw on to the extruder to lock the PTFE tube in place.

Alternatively if you are cooling the stepper as i am, i did a new desgin with support and space for zip ties to secure the fan.
