Rear wheel wells do not need to be modified. Pry off original wheels. Front axle will be longer than the rear axle. Press on the new wheels using a vice. Front wheels will need one spacer on each wheel. Rear wheels have the spacer designed into the wheel itself. Make clearance around the front wheel wells to for the flange of the train wheels.
