Bubble blower wheel customizer

I remixed the Centrifugal Blower customizer to add ability to punch holes on blades and flatten cone to allow a blower to sit inside bubble wheel. It may not work for many configurations, but I was able to generate the wheel I needed for a vintage bubble blower I am building.

Exposed cone height to allow flattening bearing surface. Set the number of holes and hole radius, adjust blade angle to rotate blades closed.
