Bubble Man from Mega Man 2

Classic video game villain Bubble Man is here to defeat you! Mega Man better watch out for his deadly Bubble Canon, which shoots ... bubbles! Really big ones too, and a lot of them! They could get your android circuits wet and cause a short or something!
