Bucket Elevator (Elevatör)

Used for vertical conveying all kinds of cereals and pulses. Elevator head is made of galvanized sheet in two pieces and has a removable design. The fittings are designed with bolt. Elevator legs are made of 1,5 mm or 2 mm disjoint pressed galvanized sheet. The legs are removable for bucket fitting. Abrasion-resistant precautions are taken at product inlet and outlet. Knock detectors are also placed in the elevator inlet. Pulleys are designed such that to keep the belts aligned. Optionally, the pulleys shall be aligned with alignment sensor and shall be covered with rubber The elevator head and boot is equipped with access point for easy cleaning and maintenance. Dust explosion vents are placed in critical points on elevator Also the dust in the elevators is aspirated to prevent dust pollution in the mill. The holes under the buckets are helps for aspiration as well. Plastic buckets might be used and belt speed observed, if demanded.
