This is a bucket. Yes - this print is absolutely unnecessary…   The bucket has an outer diameter of 137mm at the bottom and 168mm at the top. The height is 170mm. It can hold 2 liters (up to the handle holes) to 2.5 liters (up to the top). The model is designed to be printed with a 0.4mm nozzle and a layer height of 0.28mm or less. Support is not needed. Use four walls, five bottom and five top layers. To make it really waterproof paint or spray the inside with clear coat. In the file section you can find STLs for the bucket and the handle. I included a 3mf print profile for Bambu Studio as well. Frequently Asked Questions
Which 3D printer is suitable for Bucket?
Any FDM printer should handle Bucket just fine. It's been printed on machines like Bambu Lab A1 Mini, Prusa Mini+, Creality Ender 3, most FDM printers. A minimum build volume of 50 mm is recommended.
Does Bucket need supports when printing?
Yes, Bucket will probably need supports for the overhangs. Tree supports work well here and are easier to remove than regular ones.
What file format is Bucket available in?
Bucket is available in STL format. These files can be opened and sliced using free software such as Cura, PrusaSlicer, Bambu Studio, or OrcaSlicer for FDM printing, or ChiTuBox and Lychee Slicer for resin printing. The download is provided through MakerOnline.
Is Bucket free to download?
Yes, Bucket is available as a free download through MakerOnline. Always check the license on the original platform to understand commercial use, remixing, and attribution requirements.
