I used the black part of alias1970 Bugs Bunny Badge then added a coaster base.
The large one is 320mm diameter printed in black and white PETG. The other colours are in epoxy resin because i wanted the parts to be able to take hot plates/saucepans.
There was not any problem casting this other than trying to find a perfectly level area to work on.
When making a 200mm coaster or smaller, i found that the resin had a tendency to bleed through the black walls in certain area's. I could only solve this by cleaning up the unwanted area after the resin had the consistancy like jelly. About every hour after that until it became solid. The colours were cast in the following order: White, Pink, then Green, Orange, then Grey, and lastly Red. If you find that your resin leaks out. I would suggest not cleaning it up more than once every hour as the leaked part holds the rest in.
This was printed with a 0.4mm nozzle for the White and a 0.25mm nozzle for the Black. I used the smaller nozzle hoping
