Build Plate Spacer

This is a build plate spacer for the 3D printer build plate. The purpose of these spacers is to increase the initial z of the build plate to relieve some the issues that can occur at min-Z position. This aspect only works with an auto-bed leveled printer. The other main feature of the spacer is that the springs more aggressively which improves the stiffness of the build plate and loads the threads of the lock down screws, reducing the frequency of having to tighten these down.

On standard setup, print 4. To utilize the min-Z change install above the y-axis bracket so that the build assembly is build plate- screw-spring-spacer-bracket-lockdown nuts. To utilize the spring tighten feature only install between the bracket and lockdown nuts.
