The lower part is 0.2mm to keep the Z distance between the support and the part a constant 0.2mm and the upper part is adaptive to get a very nice quality for the most visible regions. 0.2mm Z distance is ideal for the support setup but even this way you will need some force and aprobably a plier to break it off.
