Bullet flipper for sizing cast bullets

This is the flipper that i use to send in the right direction the bullets by the bullet collator to the sizing press...use the same motor of my collator/feeder and a 8mm NPN inductive sensor for the relè that switch of and on the motor for the full tube.....the bullets wheels are designed for the bullets lenght that i cast with my molds....the flipper works properly for those lenghts...wrong lenghts embed the flipper....the key wheel is used to help the flipper if some bullets has some imperfection or are attached after the powder coating...
