Bullfrog Extruder

A printable version of another famous extruder. (For Geared stepper)
Bowden only for now.

I used Formfutura HDglass blinded light grey. It’s strong and prints great. ABS should be okay, but there might be some shrinkage. Don’t use PLA.
Print at 0.2mm layer height with 30 percent infill. No supports.

There are two versions of the motor mount, the one with through hole is to hold the frame mount in place and requires a 25 to 30mm counter sink cap screw. The frame mount has got four holes so you can rotate it in 90 deg increments depending on you mounting orientation.
There are three versions of the frame mount for M4, M5 and M6 holes, choose the one that you require.

Tap a M4 thread into the bearing holder
Tap M3 threads into the Motor mount and the frame mount
You need to fit the frame mount onto the motor first, then follow the video for the assembly order.
