BUMPER

A bumper is a protective component, typically made of plastic, located at the front and rear of a vehicle. It absorbs impact in low-speed collisions, reducing damage to the car's frame and systems. Here I had developed this design using Catia V5 with given aesthetic surface and completed close body with proper tooling axis and parting line was defined for mold separation. Mostly plastic material is used because it is lightweight, cost-effective, corrosion-resistant, and easy to mold into stylish, aerodynamic shapes. Bumpers also enhance pedestrian safety and often house sensors or lights.
