Burger mould

This one was requested by my brother for the restaurant he works in. These are simple and robust burger moulds used to create identical burger patties each time. You have a choice of two different sizes, 13cm and 8cm.

How to use this:

1. Make mass (meat/spice mixture) for burgers;
2. Decide on how much meat you want each patty to have (we used 90g on 8cm and 180g on 13cm);
3. Separate meat in balls of same weight;
4. Assemble body and base, put plastic wrap over it;
5. Place meat in the mould;
6. Put another plastic wrap on top and press;
7. Push out formed patty by pushing on the base from bellow.

Mould was designed with plastic bag/wrap in mind so spacing between press and body is not perfect. This is intentional as it helps in cleaning process and also makes taking patty out much easier.
