Burnham's Determination
The Burnham's Determination (also displayed in-game as Burnham's Resolve) ground set is a three-piece ground equipment set, comprised of a unique Personal Shield, unique Melee-enhancing weapon, and an interchangeable CQC body armor, released with the Rise of Discovery update. This set is obtained from the Discovery Legends branch of the Reputation System.

Hostile Environment Shield

Game Description
Customized for use by a Suus Manha master, this shield staggers enemies when it falls, exposing them for devastating retribution and slowing their movement for several seconds.

Mind Meld Device

Game Description
Cadet Sylvia Tilly and Specialist Michael Burnham created a device to enhance Burnham's connection to Ambassador Sarek. This device replicates many of the features of the Vulcan Mind Meld, albeit incompletely. Investigation for field usage by untrained personnel mostly produced dead-ends, with a notable exception -- the device seems to work well
