Burning Ground Template - The Eightpints

You'll see a lot of fire out here, but this isn't the clean, honest fire of a pub hearth. This is slag-fire, or elemental rage. It’s the kind of heat that comes from igniting Alka-hest or a chemical concoction gone wrong. It doesn’t just burn you; it sucks the oxygen out of the air and leaves your boots smelling of scorched metal. A smart warrior doesn't try to cross it. They use it as a wall, a desperate barrier that stops a charge faster than any tower shield. But you'd best not stand too close, because the heat warps the air, and fire, like everything else in this world, is unpredictable.
