Designed this simple toothbush storage for my Burst toothbrush and toothbrush heads. Printed in 2 parts. The insert slides/snaps into the base. It is a snug fit so it takes a slice bit of force to get it to fit in but that way you can remove your toothbrush without the insert coming out. The insert allows for water to drain into the base and then the base has holes which allow water to drain out as well. I printed in PLA and then sealed it with a water proof sealant so it should hold up fine over time.
