This is a simple cylinder replacement that friction-fits into the end of the strap. Printed three sizes (7mm, 8mm, and 9mm tall, all 8mm diameter) since the fit can vary depending on your specific binding and how worn the strap is. 8mm worked perfectly for me on the Burton Hitchhiker Double Take EST toe tongue
