Bushing Pulley

This is actually the same with https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2356140 except this one has addition for canal/channel for you to make it as pulley instead of making your own sleeve for the previous version.

This also great to be used as spool holder wheel with https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2209456 which I modified the wheel and body to be used with screws instead of clipping the bearings with the plastic parts.

Furthermore with this also able to reduce the footprint of assemblies for your projects.

I'm not strong in mathematics, I wanted to have a varying position of Flat Edge so that users able to modify the FS variable offsets. This is called Unit Circle and I don't know how can I incorporate into this design. Hopefully someone able to solve it.
