This a design I found off Tinkercad and I made a few tweaks of my own.
In order to put together you will need to take the bigger pins inside the bottom of a pair of handles the smaller pins go into the top where the comb/blade will go. Remember to keep the little indents on the right side where the comb/blade has a small cylinder sticking out. After, you see that the comb has 4 tiny holes in each handle, in the real thing those are for less weight, but I put Q-tips in them to stop the comb/blade from getting through and I put some duct-tape(gorilla-tape is the one I use) on top of each comb.
