Button Snaps for TPU

These functional button snaps are designed for printing on any FDM printer capable of TPU 95A filament with the default settings. Rubber-like materials with similar shore hardness will work on resin printers, but more force is required and you may need to play with settings to get the connection to work how you'd like.
The force needed to snap and unsnap is roughly half that of their metal counterpart. The snap connection is strongest when force is applied along the horizontal axis - this means it works well for jackets and pants or anything that tugs side-to-side.
If you are printing your snaps separate from your project and attaching them I recommend the following:
- If you are sewing them on make or edit the existing baseplate to be .4mm to .6mm so that the needle can easily pierce the TPU.
- If you are adhering TPU to TPU a medium-strength chemical bond can be achieved with PVC piping bonding solvent found at most hardware stores (often it's blue). Keep in mind it leaves a blue
