BXA Dial Indictator Holder

I have an Accusize indicator and couldn't find this in BXA that would fit so I modified the original since it included the F3D file.

Nuts - Standard 1/4-20 hex nuts
Depth Stop - 1/4" fender washer that I ground down so that it wouldn't interfere with the indicator or wedge.
