BZ3 rear weight support

Hello here is a weight mount to put on bz3 to have the possibility to screw weights between the diff and the central pulley.
On mine i have put 5 grams of lead and it's perfect, it adds stability and avoid traction rollings.
It also strengts the rear end a little bit.it's mounted by 2 screws on chassis free holes.
