C8-2 inch coma corrector adapter

Adapter for C8 to two-inch coma corrector that is analog to the adapter in the following video:

The flattener is fixed with three M3 screws.
The video isn't mine, me and a couple of guys from a 3D printing for astronomy group had the idea to make the adapter used in the video printable. So I made a design according to the provided video.
