Cable Bundle Holder to Replace Einsy Board Enclosure Mount Points

This replacement piece adds cable bundle attach points where they were on the EInsy board enclosure, which are needed when you move the EInsy board out of the enclosure.

For use in heated enclosures print this in PC or ABS if you must, else it will melt at the high(ish) temperatures inside.
