Chain accessories to rotate horizontally the carriage X chain in Prusa. Prusa Steel has a problem, when you print tall figures, chain touch with frame in top. It can be solve putting that chain in horizontal.
Parts that catch chain are a remix from http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:949617.
The other parts grab it to extruder's motor. I use samelladruker's extrusor (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:976653).
There is two version about these parts. First version is more simple, but you need two very long thin screws. If you have normal screws, the version two use one hole to the front.
