Cable housing clip

Simple clone of a black plastic clip that came with my frame.

I wanted some in white, so I made this.

From left to right in the picture above: original, my version, & another version found [here](https://cults3d.com/en/3d-model/various/bicycle-cable-housing-fastener) by user PORTOCRUZ675. I like this version the most - while it is difficult to attach, it is far more secure, but does bite into the housing & leave marks. I tried it on brake cable housing - it's probably better on shift cable housing.

My first print grew about .1 mm taller, which made it difficult to fit to my frame. I shrank it back & it then came out to the CAD dimensions.
