-added hexagonal base for the screw

This is a scew on fiting for cables, ranging from 5 to 13mm.
The nut is 28mm wide
Be carful with your settings, especialy horizontal expantion (for me -0.2 for the screw and nut, -0.1 for the wedge) and Z seam alignment set to randome.
