Cable stand-off Ender 3 V2

I was tired of my main cable sliding across the bed while printing.
I had it hooked to the top of the plastic extruder originally, but there was nowhere to attach to when I upgraded to an aluminum extruder top.
This simply clips into the railing at the back left, so that the main cable is raised up enough to miss contacting the board.
I also put a couple of zip ties, but I don't think they're really necessary because the top sides are pretty tall.
