Cable tray

I recently purchased an adjustable desk and wanted to save some money, so I decided to use 3D printing to create a modular cable tray. I am satisfied with the results.
The length of this object is 15cm, and the original design had screw holes with a diameter of 1cm. Unfortunately, it's rare to find screws on the market with such a large head and short length.
Therefore, I designed an additional conical washer to be 3D printed, which also serves as a spring washer.
The screw length is shown in the picture and is suitable for screws with a diameter smaller than 5mm.
When selecting the length, including the washer, try not to exceed half the thickness of the tabletop.
Additionally, I recommend choosing screws with a flat bottom as wood screws with a conical shape may not be suitable for this washer.
