A sketch design made for winding an optical fiber from one coil to another. Dimensions of the winding coil: 50x90. Summary gear ratio on the worm gears is 1:240 (i.e. the eyelet passes 50mm for 240 revolutions). Fasteners are not specified on the assembly. Used materials: • Plywood 10 and 15mm - the main frame • PETG plastic - all gears and their fasteners • Bearings 19x5x10 and 16x5x8 - for mounting gears in the frame • TPU plastic - belt + spring for tensioner roller and mounting screws and nuts
