Printed this using the following settings:
Infil: 50%
Supports: Off
Raft: On
Shells: 2
Layer Height: 0.10 mm
Used 20 guage wire and oogoo.
1) Put one of the tips onto the wire and make a hook at the end of the wire.
2) Tuck the wire hook into the tip.
3) Cut the wire slightly longer then the mould.
4) Mix up a 1/2 teaspoon each of cornstarch and silicone, add a few drops of food coloring if you like (= Oogoo).
5) Spread the Oogoo into the mould halves and add the wire and second tip.
6) Press the tips in place and clamp. Leave for an hour.
7) Trim the excess wire and carefully bend the wire into the second tip.
8) Use super glue to glue on the caps.
9) Gently open the mould and remove the wire wrap.
10) Trim off excess Oogoo.
11) ***** Wait 24 hours before bending, it is still soft inside. *****
12) Your done!
