Cablechain single extruder

Rework of cabelchain holder for single extruder on CTC. I reworked my CTC to 2020 aluminium profiles and now to single extruder.

I used active cooler from here: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1336355/#files but another spacer which is attached to here.

Holder from cablechain is from here: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1932724 but als reworked it to only single extruder

Counterpart for cablechain on 2020 profiles also attached as file here including a cable holder.
