I designed this thing to have a easy cable-management below my desk. The cables are fast inserted and removed so I can put away single cables or devices.

The hole has a diameter of 4mm.
You can use a countersunk head screw for the fastening.

Printing:

Infill: If you have only a few cables, then an infill of 15 % - 20 % is enough.
Support: no
Lineheight: I used 0,3 mm
Orientation: You can see it in the last picture
