The finished rudder pedal is very cool!
However, the problem for me was that the pedals were cantilevered, so I couldn't put my foot weight on them.
I extended the PVC pipe on the outside of the pedal and added a structure that supports the pipe with a linear railway and bearings.
I attached these to the board and fixed them.
Since the pedal moves 10mm left and right on the bearing when it moves back and forth,
I wrapped some slippery silicone tape around the extended pipe and added a cover to keep it from coming off.
With this, I can safely put my feet on it and put a load on it without worrying about it being damaged.
-AxisSupportA is inside. SupportB is outside.
-Use the washer on the SupportA side of the bearing.
-Use 4 M3x8mm screws to fasten the slider and AxisSupport.
-Cut the slit part on one side of the PVC pipe to 39mm.
-After fitting the pedal to the PCV pipe, fit the GuidePipe to the PVC pipe.
