Cadville

Welcome to Cadville - - - - -Cadville is a network of roads that can connect different tiles to build villages, towns, and cities.The roads are designed to make 'closed' displays composed of 1-16 tiles, and also 'open' sprawling cities with continuous interlocking roads for larger projects. Cadville was developed as a teaching tool for computer aided design and 3D printing. Students create designs on a compatible tile (44 x 44 x 1.6 mm), mainly using Tinkercad or Onshape, that are 3D printed to create collaborative cities. The network of roads help keep projects together and offer many possibilities for layouts and presentations. To encourage play and creativity the scale of Cadville remains dubious.
