This is a mounting grommet/ring to mount a cage feeder on horizontal cage bars. The stock mount was too skinny to engage the top and bottom mount without falling thru when our rabbit stepped on the edge.
The metal backing plate is 21mm and the overall diameter is 40mm and a groove on the back side is 21mm spaced apart and 1 mm deep to engage the cage bars. The inside hole is 5.8mm but 6mm would probably work better.
