Calibration and quest cube
I created this cube model for several reasons:
1. I used to ask my students to design a solid that could pass through the three type of holes of this figure. The side of the cube is equal to the diameter of the cyrcle and equal to the base and hight of the triangule. The idea is to make them think about solid forms.
Normaly I have this model made of transparency films sheets or card board. But now with my TT I will finally have it the way I always wanted.
2. In order to calibrate my TT, I have printed soo many x,y,z calibrations cubes that I can make a lattice to teach crystaline forms. But one can check the dimensions of anything to make the calibrations.
3. This cube also lets you check stringing. And several other common problems during calibration steps.
4. It can also be possible to calibrate geometric forms, sizes and dimensions.
5. Just for fun.
This is a 25mm cube made with 1.75 silver PLA.
Hotend: 215 C
Heatbed: 70
