Forget the 20mm calibration cube. An error on 20mm will be 10 times as bad over the length of your bed. This is a simple 100mm square in the X and Y axis. It also makes the eStep calibration easy math.

Next is a 50mm tower for they Y axis calibration. Again, it makes the math easy.
