Calix Locking Clip for Engine Pre Heater Cable found atlest in scandinavia on pretty much all cars. The clip is for locking all pieces together so that they dont slide out from eachother.
Print the flat side down, no supports, 100% infill and atlest in PETG, ASA, TPU or some other material that can survive in the cold without cracking.
2 Versions, Original + Thicker version if you find out that your Original version cracks easily

If your car has the around 40mm round plug with lid for the cable connection with 3 big brass pins inside then the power extension cable from wall outlet to it is IDENTICAL to the Blue RV or Camper vans 230V powersupply cables. They are officially called "CEE 1 Phase cable". They are cheap and easy to find compared to the original
