I printed the original for my Lulzbot TAZ 5 and it works great. Made this extension to the camera mount so I could get my camera further away from the print bed.

Before and After picture are screenshots from OctoPrint from the camera before and after extension was installed.

NOTE if you want the extension shorter just cut it in your slicer. If you want it longer drop me a note and I can extend it.
