This is a camera platform that only attaches to the y-rod assembly of the Lulzbot AO-101 3D printer. It uses the same bolt holes and nuts in the T-Bar frame. You will be required to swap out the hex bolts currently there for longer ones to make sure it taps into the t-bar nuts.
History:
I currently use Octoprint on a spare laptop and I use the camera on that laptop to monitor the print. I cannot get a decent view of the print and the camera quality is not very good. Also, to get the camera to work in Octoprint in Windows, I am using Yawcam which is causing a s***storm of security issues on my network. Therefore, I decided to remove laptop from the equation. I am in the process getting a Raspberry Pi 4 kit with a camera that is MUCH better than the laptop camera. To get a good close view of the print, I decided to create a platform to attach that camera too...and thus, here we are.
