Camera Tripod Style Mount

This is a remix of the top part of the phone holder to instead hold a tripod compatible camera.

I wanted to use the holder because it fit well with my ender 3 v2 but the phone mount was getting a bit complicated and my webcam also happens to have a tripod mount screw hole.
