Can Cannon Bullet

So being inspired by the bullet bill, I wanted to create a few variations (and there are likely more to come). I ended up remodeling from scratch using the original as a template so I have included step files for the "bullet bill" as well as a blank bullet for future customization.

First one up ... adding a cavity to hold a 4" glow stick for night time fun. I went with natural PLA and 20% but haven't launched it yet. Glow sticks acquired from Amazon (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07B8GGNQV)

After launching the model with the glow stick in the base unsuccessfully (the glow stick kept getting knocked out on launch), I changed the model to load the glow stick from the top of bullet and it worked great. Leaving both models for now.

Added whistler bullet model with "nerf" style whistle chambers on the nose. Not very loud compared to the shock of the blank going off but interesting for those down range.

The latest addition goes more functional, turning the Can Cannon into a line lau
