this is a lid for some kind of cans ... e.a. beer-cans / coke ... whatever
the intention was, to prevent that nasty little gnats to infest your drink ...
Perfect fit to the can, some kind of Labyrinth seal ...
have fun ... (standard european cans ... 54 mm diameter)
