This is a single-print, two-part candle snuffer. Just remove the support material and it' done. Move it a few times to really free the parts.
Added the model without my support, so you can let your slicer do the job...
I printed mine from PETG but I am sure it will work with almost every printable material. The candle snuffer limits oxygen feed to the flame. So the Material will suffer only short time heatage.
